Pearls Of Dubai delivers "almost" anywhere in the world, shipping costs may vary and are charged depending on the destination country.

Free delivery from 149€ or 179$ of purchase for almost all countries.

Strictly indicative, delivery times vary between 3 and 9 days from dispatch, depending on the chosen carrier and the country of destination.

Pearls Dubai, for its part, undertakes to prepare and dispatch orders within 5 to 7 working days of order acceptance.

As the products are made in the United Arab Emirates, working days are Sunday through Thursday.

Exchange and refund
To start an exchange or refund procedure, please send an email to
return@pearls-of-dubai.com indicating the reasons for your request.

Exchanges conditions
Upon receipt of your package, you have 48 hours to request an exchange. After this period, the exchange will be systematically refused.
The exchange costs are totally the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned "new" with the following accessories:
> original box intact
> intact silk fabric
> cardboard label and medallion (x2) intact

During our email exchanges, the return address will be communicated to you.

Once the product has been received and checked as well as the payment of the shipping costs received, we will send the new product.

Refund Conditions

Case 1 : Order placed - Confection not started
The refund is total.

Case 2 : Order placed - Manufacturing in progress
The refund will only concern the shipping costs.

Case 3 : Order placed - Confection completed
The refund will only concern the shipping costs.

Case 4 : Order placed - Parcel shipped
No refund.

Case 5 : Package delivered
You have 48 hours to request a refund. After this period, the request will be systematically refused.

Important :
If the item received conforms to your order (design, size and color*) : the refund request will not be accepted.

*Note that we cannot guarantee the color accuracy of our items, there may be slight color differences due to the light during our photography sessions or it may be due to our fabric suppliers.

On the other hand, if, despite our quality control processes, you notice a manufacturing defect, two solutions are available to you:

1- the total refund
2- the shipment of an identical item

Note that refunds or shipping will be made after the defective item is handed by the carrier.
