Deliveries and shipping costs

Pearls Of Dubai delivers "almost" all over the world, the shipping costs may vary and charged according to the destination country.

Free delivery over 99€ of purchase for almost all european countries, for other regions the order minimum purchase varies (For example : 129€ for Middle East Countries, 149€ for USA and other countries, from 179€ for other regions).

Strictly indicative, delivery times vary between 2 and 4 days from dispatch.

The Pearls Of Dubai company, for its part, undertakes to prepare and ship orders within 2 to 10 working days of the order.

The products being made in the United Arab Emirates, the working days extend from Sunday to Thursday.

Exchange and refund

To start an exchange or refund procedure, please send an email to

return@pearls-of-dubai.com indicating the reasons for your request.


Upon receipt of your package, you have 48 hours to request an exchange. After this period, the exchange will be systematically refused.

The exchange costs are totally the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned "new" with the following accessories:

> original box intact

> intact silk fabric

> cardboard label and medallion (x2) intact

During our email exchanges, the return address will be communicated to you.

Once the product has been received and checked as well as the payment of the shipping costs received, we will proceed to send the new product.


Case 1 : Order placed - Confection not started

The refund is total.

Case 2 : Order placed - Manufacturing in progress

The refund will only concern the shipping costs if there is any.

Case 3 : Order placed - Confection completed

The refund will only concern the shipping costs if there is any.

Case 4 : Order placed - Parcel shipped

No refund.

Case 5 : Package delivered

you have 48 hours to request a refund. After this period, the request will be systematically refused.


If the item received conforms to your order (design, size and color *): the refund request will not be accepted.

* Note that we cannot guarantee the color accuracy of our items, there may be slight color differences due to the light during our photography sessions or it may be due to our fabric suppliers.

On the other hand, if, despite our quality control processes, you notice a manufacturing defect, two solutions are available to you:

1- the total refund

2- the shipment of an identical item

Note that refund or shipping will be made after the defective item is returned to the carrier.
